John Paul S. Boisvert brings an extensive 28-year track record in the construction industry, coupled with his accreditation as a registered Architectural Technologist. Holding a BCIN number for both "House & Small Buildings" and a recognized Tarion builder/vendor, his expertise is formidable. In 2006, he established Hierarchy, a design-build firm that has since become synonymous with excellence in Ottawa, earning the satisfaction of numerous clients.
