The Atropos
Our new line of custom homes starts with the Atropos. This 1800ft sq home is perfect for the most common of lot sizes at35'x100'. The beautifully arranged floor plans allows guests and homeowners alike to walk in to a large open area, giving the appearance of a much larger home. brick on the front and optional siding or stucco around the sides and rear allows you to decide the outcome of your budget. The basement is designed without the use of posts to increase livable area in the home. With 9' ceilings and plenty of room for activities, you could easily add 800ft sq of finished area as required.
The Aura Residences
Our new custom urban infill is unique among all. This contemporary design is suited for a lot size of 55'x 120' and has extravagant finishes on the exterior as well as the interior.
